Joanna Paul
Certified Coach
My background is working in Higher Education, specifically, Widening Participation. This means that I’ve spent the best part of 10 years guiding and supporting young people and university students in finding out more about what higher education offers and whether it’s the right path for them. I have managed teams of student employees and loved nurturing and empowering people to step into their potential, grow in confidence and discover new strengths.
Following an unintentionally lengthy maternity leave (thanks COVID-19!) I found myself wanting to support others who, like me, were finding balancing professional and home life tricky sometimes, people who had looked up from the business of life and thought ‘is this what I want?’.
These experiences led me to train as a coach and in doing so, found something so perfectly aligned with my own values that I knew I wanted more! I am excited to be able to offer coaching to those who might be experiencing transition, feeling stuck in life, or just need a bit of space to think.
I believe that everyone holds the keys to their own success and happiness. I have benefitted hugely from coaching and am committed to offering a safe, empowering coaching space to anyone who might need a bit of clarity.
With two young children of my own, the juggle is constant and I strive everyday to be a better mum, friend, colleague and coach. Start your journey with me and let’s find your next right step.
